I serve both the general public and other health care professionals to strive toward this mission. We are most aligned when our actions are driven by intrinsic factors like love, curiosity, creativity and compassion. The process of alignment requires a challenging but meaningful journey of deeper self-awareness, understanding, and acceptance, which involves working through insecurities and blocks that come from both our personal and familial trauma histories. With a keen level of adaptability that enables me to educate and empower a diverse range of populations, allow me to collaborate with you and tailor my engagement to your community's specific alignment needs.
